If your shower has stopped providing hot water, even with the dial on the correct setting, this would indicate that the thermostatic cartridge has failed. The most common reason for this to occur is that the water pressures to your shower are NOT BALANCED. You must always ensure that for correct function of your Springwave steam shower, the water pressures must be equal. A PEV or Twin impeller pump will solve this.
