Question - My Shower Leaks
My Shower is Leaking!

The first thing to do is establish where exactly the leak is coming from.

Pull the shower away from the wall, and turn it on.  You need to check all around the shower, and also under the tray.

There are several connections on the shower, so check that all of these are tightened and dry.  Any jubilee clips need to be checked.  Also check the joints between the panels.  If the tray is not 100% level, then this will affect the structure of your steam shower.

Thoroughly check all pipes, connections and fittings to determine where your leak is coming from.

You can call our technical helpline for advice on how to fix the leaks once you have found the location of the leak.
