Shower vs Bath
For all the music and pop lovers shower is the right their favourite place. After all it is known to be the best place to strain your vocal chords. Well, showers are commonly preferred than baths across the globe. One of the main reasons is time. Bath is a luxurious treatment to pamper your body. In daily life it is not possible to devout an hour or more for bathing. Therefore, a quick shower is usually preferred. It helps in kicking off tiredness and laziness. After a shower you feel fresh and energetic. When hot water is poured from the shower it cleans dust, grime and gives you a relaxed and rejuvenating experience. Shower provides refreshing and re-energising spirit and is thus mostly preferred.
Another reason for preferring shower is the utility bills. By installing solar panels at your home you can get hot water in the shower round the clock without worrying about the utility bills. As the water is heated by solar heaters, you don’t have to use the electric water heaters. On the other hand those who use bath have to heat the water, regulate the temperature well and then bathe. While bathing in the tub the temperature of body is believed to be higher than in shower. This is because the water is the tub is stagnant therefore, when you stay in the tub for long time; the temperature of the body too gets warm. In shower as it is constant flow of water the temperature of the body is relatively cooler than the tub.
Showers are the right choice for those who want speed. Bath in tub takes a lot of time. It is the right choice when you want to relax, revive, rejuvenate and pamper yourself. When you have lots of time and want to pamper yourself with a nice aromatic bath or a bubble bath then tubs are the right choice. However, in daily life when you have to rush to your office, do the daily chores and lots of other work to do; you have to opt for shower. You cant wait till the tub fills or drains. Just quickly you turn on the shower and then leap out once you are done.
Showers are known as the right choice for all those who are suffering from cold, lung problems, asthma, bronchitis and allergy. In shower as there is constant flow of water from a particular distance cold, bronchitis or lung problems can be avoided. In bath one spends lot of time in water therefore the chances of cold are high. A hot shower bath can relieve their problems effectively. Those who are suffering from muscular stretch or spasm may find using bath tub to be effective. As one can spend more time in tub the muscles tend to relax while bathing. This can be done occasionally but for everyday life showers are the right choice. Therefore, one can find increase in the use of showers than bath tubs today. After all, hardly one has time to have a leisure bath everyday.
