Aftercare – Customer service if something goes wrong, warranty, cost of parts and ease of sourcing.  Springwave customer aftercare service offers a warranty on of all of our products and is on hand to help with any enquiries you may have.  We hold all parts in stock and these can be ordered by calling a member of our sales team on 08450 17 10 38. Of all of our customers only 5% have experienced problems with their unit, these issues have been resolved rapidly by our after care team and only 15% of our customers have required replacement parts.
